Experiencing high standards of performance, including time with the Sydney Future Flames, she brings a first-hand understanding of what it takes to compete consistently as a female athlete.

Graduating from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation with Distinction, Ella utilises her expertise and experiences to aid in building complete athletes with a particular passion for female athlete development.

Riley

Strength & Conditioning

Riley grew up immersed in health, fitness, and sport, which shaped my early values. From martial arts and team sports to national competition in Taekwondo, Karate (ISKA), boxing, and bodybuilding, Riley has pursued every chance to move, compete, and improve. At 15, he became Australia’s youngest IFBB champion, winning the National Teenage Men’s Physique title.

His focus gradually shifted from aesthetics to performance. He developed a deep passion for combat strength and conditioning, blending martial arts with targeted strength training to help fighters reach their peak. After moving to Wollongong and building his coaching career from the ground up, he connected with the team at Proform Institute. To gain true insight into his athletes’ world, he competed in an amateur MMA fight, fully committing to camp and weight cut. The experience sharpened his empathy and precision as a coach.

He now leads strength and conditioning programs at Proform Institute, Wollongong’s leading high-performance facility. He works with athletes, high performers, and those training with real purpose delivering elite-level strength & conditioning, performance optimisation, resilience, and injury prevention in a professional sports environment. While he still trains in MMA and strength for enjoyment, his greatest passion is guiding athletes to grow in their sport and in life.
